A Loudoun Circuit Court judge said he would not permit further delays in the trial over a soured stadium deal between One Loudoun Holdings LLC and Virginia Investment Partnership LLC’s (VIP) led by Bob Farren, unless VIP’s attorney provides a “detailed letter” from Farren’s doctor explaining why cannot participate. Farren is reportedly undergoing cancer treatment, but One Loudoun’s attorneys have accused him of intentionally delaying the trail while he seeks an alternative location for the stadium.
