One Loudoun, VIP Entertainment Finally Settle Lawsuit

The long-running legal battle between developers of the One Loudoun complex and VIP Entertainment, the group once promising to bring professional baseball and soccer to Ashburn, was reportedly settled Tuesday in Loudoun County Circuit Court.  Read more here.

One Issue Left Standing in VIP Counterclaim

Of the half dozen reasons Virginia Investment Partnership LLC (VIP) argues that it sustained as much as $30 million in damages because of the actions of One Loudoun Holdings LLC, a judge last week allowed just one issue to move forward.  The One Loudoun development was slated to be the location for a new ballpark for the expansion indy pro Loudoun Hounds (Atlantic League).  Read more here.

One Loudoun Developers Working to Dump VIP

The developers of One Loudoun are seeking to terminate a lease with VIP Sports and Entertainment to build a stadium on the expansive residential, commercial and entertainment development in Ashburn (VA).  Plans are reportedly in place to find new owners to lead the effort to bring professional baseball and soccer teams sports to Loudoun County.  Read more here.
