El Paso (TX) City Council Rep. Eddie Holguin, an opponent of the new downtown ballpark for the relocating Triple-A Tucson Padres (Pacific Coast League), is calling on individual members of MountainStar Sports Group to make personal guarantees for the additional $12.1 million the group agreed to pay toward the project.
