Mud Hens to Celebrate M*A*S*H, Honor Corporal Klinger

The TV character became a source of civic pride and placed Toledo in the national and international spotlight.  The Toledo Mud Hens (Triple-A, International League) will celebrate the 45th anniversary of M*A*S*H on Friday, August 25, with the first 2,000 fans entering Fifth Third Field receiving a free Corporal Klinger bobblehead.  Read more here.

Mud Hens Honor Jamie ‘Corporal Klinger’ Farr with Bobblehead

The Triple-A Toledo Mud Hens (International League) are forever etched in pop culture history, because actor Jamie Farr‘s cross-dressing character Corporal Klinger on the hit TV show M*A*S*H regularly doned Mud Hens gear.  The Mud Hens are now returning the favor with a Jamie Farr bobblehead giveaway to the first 2,000 fans through the gates on Sunday, September 4.
