Bullpen Coworking Opens at Ballpark Commons

PRESS RELEASE – A new way to work is coming to Franklin! Bullpen Coworking at Ballpark Commons, will host an open house with refreshments on Wednesday, January 29th from 4-7pm, to introduce Franklin to a work environment that provides community, collaboration, and access to all the right tools while at the same time offering the autonomy, flexibility, and convenience of a home office.

Companies and individuals alike will be able to enjoy high-speed WiFi, printing, scanning, and parking. A common lounge features fresh coffee and soda as well. A Bullpen Access Pass provides these services and community workspaces, while a Dedicated Desk or Private Office plan includes your own exclusive workspace.

“We’re in an era of nontraditional careers and organizations,” said Mike Zimmerman, CEO of ROC Ventures. “We know that coworking provides a productive environment for a wide range of professionals who work outside of a conventional office, and we’ve designed the Bullpen to be a catalyst for collaboration, idea-generation, and inspiration.”

Coworking has been growing in popularity across the country, as an estimated 40% of America’s workforce is considered “independent” or “freelance”. Bullpen Coworking answers this growing demand by providing inexpensive short- and long-term work and meeting spaces for individuals and companies, as well as ongoing programming designed to facilitate networking and collaboration. The Bullpen’s location in the heart of Ballpark Commons also means easy access to the entertainment, retail, and food amenities offered by the growing development.

“The Luxe Golf Bays entertainment complex, which will include two restaurants and a unique beer garden, is breaking ground soon right across the road,” noted Zimmerman. “The Umbrella Bar is up the hill, and Milwaukee Milkmen baseball is a few steps away. That’s a pretty interesting environment in which to work, to say the least.”

Memberships are currently available and tours can be booked at BullpenCoworking.com.
