Aeros Re-Branding After All?

    It looks like it could be the Akron RubberDucks. ABC New Channel 5 has posted the logo that was filed with the U.S Patent and Trademark Office on 10/18/13. http://www.newsnet5.com/dpp/news/local_news/oh_summit/akron-aeros-baseball-team-announces-big-changes-tuesday.

      An interesting tidbit: Two “Akron Rubber Ducks” trademarks were filed with the USPTO on 9/12/13 (for paper goods and clothing) but subsequently abandoned. The reason? I assume it was because the owner wanted RubberDucks, not Rubber Ducks with a space. The current filings on 10/18/13 have RubberDucks with no space. Oops!
