Despite Economic Collapse, Venezuela Building Largest Ballpark in South America

Venezuela is reportedly building the largest and most modern sports stadium in all of South America.  The 37,000-seat venue will have five levels of stands and a total of 350 shops and food stands.  It is expected to open in September 2018.
