More than 1,200 fans showed up at Knute Nelson Memorial Park in Alexandria (MN) recently for Alexandria Beetles Reunion Night to honor the 15 past seasons of their former summer collegiate Northwoods League franchise. The contest featured the Thunder Bay Border Cats and the Willmar Stingers, who donned the throwback Beetles uniforms, hats, pants and helmets, while playing as the former Alexandria franchise on the scoreboard.
