UW-Parkside Head Coach, Daniel Esposito, shares this sentiment regarding the upcoming game, “We are excited for the opportunity to play at the newly renovated Simmons Field against a great opponent in UW-Milwaukee,” Esposito said. “Hopefully we can pack the park and give Kenosha an opportunity to see a good baseball game between the only division 1 and division 2 universities in the state of Wisconsin.”

Josh Serio, pitcher for UW-Parkside, will be playing for the Kenosha Kingfish this upcoming summer, after finishing out his season with the Rangers. “It is a great opportunity for Josh to play in a high caliber summer collegiate league like the Northwoods League,” Esposito said. “It is equally exciting to be able to keep him in the area playing for the Kingfish.
