Biloxi Intends to Borrow $21M for New Ballpark

Southern League LogoThe Biloxi (MS) City Council voted 5-2 today to announce its intent to borrow $21 million to be used toward building a new Double-A baseball stadium.  Read more here and here.

    I guess Jackson or Huntsville would be targeted for this new park, should it happen.
