Otters Anticipating Sellout on June 17 for 100th Anniversary of Bosse Field

Evansville Otters LogoPRESS RELEASE – The Evansville Otters are celebrating Bosse Field‘s historic birthday this season and are anticipating a sellout on June 17th for the 100th Anniversary of the first game at the iconic ballpark.

The Otters will host the Windy City Thunderbolts on June 17 in a game set to start at 6:35 p.m. CDT.

Evansville Otters Bosse Field 100th LogoThere will be many dignitaries in attendance including Jim Leyland, Bob Griese, Andy Benes, the mayor of Evansville, Lloyd Winnecke, and many others as well as former players who made a name for themselves at Bosse Field.

There will also be a fireworks extravaganza of epic proportions, the longest and greatest fireworks show in the 21 year history of the Evansville Otters.
