New features at Witter Field, home of the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters (Summer Collegiate, Northwoods League), are being readied for opening day on May 26. The Point Craft River interactive bar that will deliver beer to fans via river and raft is nearing completion, and a donated Conn 643 Theatre organ has arrived to add nostalgia and a big ballpark feel. It’s been announced that the summer collegiate Wisconsin Rapids Rafters (Northwoods League) will host the 2015 Northwoods League All-Star Game at Witter Field on July 21, 2015. The Rafters last hosted the game in 2011. Read more and watch news report here.
