T-Bones and Wingnuts Will Play Exhibition in Joplin, Expansion Talks Continue

Couple Takes Swing at Marriage at the Ballpark

Fans Experience Witchita Ballpark Improvements

During Friday’s opening night for the indy pro American Association’s Wichita (KS) Wingnuts, fans got their first look at the nearly $2.2 million improvements to Lawrence Dumont Stadium, including the new artificial turf, video board, and lighted signage on the stadium’s facade.  Read more and view video here.

Lawrence-Dumont Going Totally Artificial

Lawrence-Dumont Stadium, home of the American Association’s Wichita Wingnuts, is getting new artificial turf that will cover the entire field.  The turf is part of $2 million in repairs that will be completed at the park before the start of the 2011 season.  Read more here.
