Zachary Fraser, who serves as chief operating officer of the Pacific Baseball Ventures ownership group which owns both the Yakima Valley Pippins and Walla Walla Sweets of the summer collegiate West Coast League, will step in as general manager of the Pippins for the 2015 season.
