Currently a senior at Ohio University, Monty spent last summer as the play-by-play broadcaster of the Mat-Su Miners of the Alaska Baseball League. Monty also broadcasts for BobcatTV at OU for the soccer, field hockey, women’s basketball and baseball teams.

Fraser to Assume Duties as Pippins GM
Zachary Fraser, who serves as chief operating officer of the Pacific Baseball Ventures ownership group which owns both the Yakima Valley Pippins and Walla Walla Sweets of the summer collegiate West Coast League, will step in as general manager of the Pippins for the 2015 season. Fans Pack West Coast League Parks in Corvallis and Walla Walla
A crowd of 2,930 at Goss Field in Corvallis highlighted July 3rd action in the West Coast League, as fans celebrated the holiday. The Knights topped the Bellingham Bells 4-1 for their 7th consecutive win. Meanwhile, a standing room only turnout of 1,741 in Walla Walla saw the Sweets get past the Moses Lake Pirates 5-2.
