Victoria (BC), WCL Move Foward with Ballpark Lease Negotiations

The Victoria (BC) City Council voted Thursday to authorize the director of parks and recreation to enter into a confidential, non-binding memorandum of understanding with the summer collegiate West Coast League to begin negotiating the specifics of a lease to use Royal Athletic Park.  Read more here
