‘Bama Could Play 2015 Season at Hoover Met
With the University of Alabama Board of Trustees on the verge of approving a preliminary budget for upgrading Sewell-Thomas Stadium, the Crimson Tide baseball team could be playing its 2015 home games at Hoover Metropolitan Stadium, the former home of the Double-A Birmingham Barons (Southern League). Tuscaloosa is about 50 miles from Hoover. Read more here.
