Titans Front Office Goes Full-Time with New GM
Apparently the summer collegiate Torrington Titans (Futures League) haven’t been operating with a full-time front office. General manager Eddie Gadomski, assistant GM Mallory Jensen and director of player personnel Kim Raimondi have resigned, clearing the way for Joey Abis, 22, to take over as the new “full-time” general manager. Titans Attempt Oreo Cookie Stacking World Record
It was “Salute to the Oreo” Friday night at Fuessenich Field, as the summer collegiate Torrington Titans (Futures Collegiate Baseball League) attempted to construct the world’s tallest double stuff Oreo cookie in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Oreo cookie. Interns have been practicing to pile up the icing to set the mark. No word yet if they succeeded.

Titans Debut in Front of 1,100
The Torrington (CT) Titans, the newest franchise in the summer collegiate Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League, made their home debut on Thursday night in front of 1,100 fans at Fuessenich Park.
