GreenJackets Name New GM

PRESS RELEASE – The Augusta GreenJackets announce Tom Denlinger as their new General Manager. Denlinger was hired from the Richmond (VA) Flying Squirrels Baseball Club where he served as their Assistant General Manager. The Richmond team is the Double-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants and home to many former Augusta GreenJackets players as they travel through the Giants

GreenJackets Set to Name New GM, Homeowners Group Files Suit to Stop Project Jackson

Tom Denlinger is set to become the new general manager of the Single-A Augusta GreenJackets (South Atlantic League), replacing Bob Flannery, according to team owner and president Jeff Eiseman.  The GreenJackets will make a formal announcement of the hiring early next week.  Read more here.  Meanwhile, a homeowners association has filed suit to stop Project Jackson.  Read more here.
