Ballpark Village Apartments Will Offer Ballpark Views
Come 2020, there will be a whole new way of viewing a St. Louis Cardinals game from One Cardinal Way. A 29-story apartment building with 297 units overlooking Busch Stadium is currently under construction at Ballpark Village. Williamsport Council Approves Contracts for Ballpark Renovations
The Williamsport (PA) City Council on Thursday approved construction contracts of $1.1 million for improvements to Bowman Field, home of the Williamsport Crosscutters (Single-A, New York-Penn League). This will help prep the ballpark for a visit by the Pittsburgh Pirates and St. Louis Cardinals, which will play a game in front of Little League World Series participants on Aug. 20. Read more here.

Giant LED Signs Almost Ready for Installation at Ballpark Village
A company based in Arnold is putting the finishing touches on the new signs for Cardinal Nation at Ballpark Village outside Busch Stadium, home of the St. Louis Cardinals. Downtown Memphis Commission Approves Bond Funding for AutoZone Park, Contingent Upon City Council Vote
The Center City Revenue Finance Corp. on Wednesday unanimously voted to issue up to $27 million in sports facility revenue bonds for the city’s acquisition of AutoZone Park, home of the Triple-A Memphis Redbirds (Pacific Coast League), which is a prerequisite to – and conditioned on – the Memphis City Council approving a $20 million deal next Monday to buy out of the facility. Details of AutoZone Park Acquisition Emerge
The city of Memphis (TN) would reportedly spend $20 million to buy AutoZone Park and another $5 million for upgrades in a multiparty deal that would also see the St. Louis Cardinals take control of the Triple-A Memphis Redbirds (Pacific Coast League).
