CC Kings Bring Economic Impact, All-Star Game to Springfield (OH)

Champion City Kings LogoThe summer collegiate Champion City Kings (Prospect League) of Springfield (OH) had an economic impact of about $3 million in Clark County, according to local tourism officials.  The team is close to signing a four-year extension to stay at city-owned Carleton Davidson Stadium.  The Kings were recently awarded the 2016 Prospect League All-Star Game.  Read more here.

Kings to Install New Scoreboard at New Home

Champion City Kings LogoThe owners of the summer collegiate Champion City Kings, the rebranded Prospect League franchise that recently relocated from Slippery Rock (PA) to Springfield (OH), plan to purchase and install an approximately $200,000 video scoreboard at Carleton Davidson Stadium, the team’s new home.  Read more here.
