Following the Quad Cities in the Top 10 are Toledo (OH), Fort Wayne (IN), Tulsa (OK), Charleston (SC), Des Moines (IA), Sioux Falls (SD), Inland Empire (CA), Hershey-Harrisburg (PA), and Grand Rapids-Comstock (MI).
