With an estimated 25 million television and livestream viewers tuning in to the 2019 Coastal Plain League All-Star Showdown, Commissioner and Chief Operating Officer Justin Sellers made the exciting announcement that the league plans to expand to Colonial Heights (VA) in 2020.
