Rochester to Become the ‘Plates’ for Aug. 10 Game, Unveil Unis and Merchandise

PRESS RELEASE – The Rochester Red Wings are changing their name…for one night anyway. The Wings will take the field as the Rochester Plates on Thursday, August 10 at 7:05 pm paying homage to the cuisine most synonymous with our great city – the garbage plate!
