Press Box to Be Relocated at McBride Stadium
Based on a structural evaluation by an engineering firm, the press box at 75-year-old McBride Stadium, home of the summer collegiate Richmond (IN) RiverRats (Prospect League), will have to be relocated from atop the structure. McBride Stadium Turns 75
Built in 1936, McBride Stadium in Richmond (IN) is a vintage ballpark that has seen a lot of outstanding players and plenty of events over its 75-year history. Read more here. The stadium now serves as the home for the summer collegiate Richmond RiverRats (Prospect League). From 1995-2005, McBride hosted the indy pro Richmond Roosters (Frontier League).
