Marlins Gaudy New Home Run Sculpture Coming Together

Despite the many critics (we have our own opinion), pop Artist Red Grooms continues to work on his mechanical, carnival-like home run sculpture that will take up residence beyond the centerfield wall at the new ballpark for the Miami Marlins.  Read more here.  FYI:  We have tentative plans to be in Miami for opening day, so we’ll take plenty of ballpark photos to share with everyone.  Stay tuned.
