Trendsetting Pilot Field

As the Triple-A Buffalo Bisons (International League) hosted the 25th Annual Triple-A All-Star Game between the International League and Pacific Coast League Wednesday night, Josh Leventhal from Baseball America calls Buffalo the “birthplace of the modern ballpark.”  Pilot Field, now known as Coca-Cola Field, opened 25 years ago in 1988.  Read more here.
