Saints Bring Tailgating Experience to CHS Field, Parking Aplenty

PRESS RELEASE – In advance of next week’s opening series festivities, the Saints are pleased to announce the availability of tailgating in close proximity to CHS Field. In addition to the tailgating lot, the Saints also have arranged for convenient preferred parking at locations near the ballpark.

Dodgers Raise Parking Prices (Again)

Building Site, Parking Not a Problem for El Paso Ballpark Project, Special Meeting Today

In case anyone was wondering, the downtown six-acre site chosen for El Paso’s new 7,000-seat Triple-A ballpark is large enough to accommodate the project, according to Populous sports architect David Bower.  Parking also appears to be a non-issue, as an inventory of existing available parking shows 8,392 parking garage spaces and 1,825 metered parking spots to accommodate 30,000 people.

Rangers, Former Owner in Legal Spat Over Parking (UPDATED)

The Texas Rangers are suing former owner Tom Hicks over parking at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington.  Hicks, who retained control of 11,679 parking spaces around the stadium after he sold the Rangers in bankruptcy proceedings in August, has been accused of price gouging fans.  The claim seeks an injunction to prevent Hicks from charging more for parking than the prices set by
