Feeling the Vibe at Oregon State’s Goss Stadium

Goss Stadium at Coleman Field in Corvallis (OR), home of the Oregon State Beavers baseball team, is about one-third the size of LSU’s Alex Box Stadium in Baton Rouge (LA).  But don’t let size fool you.  The Corvallis vibe is “unbelievable,” as one San Diego State player describes.  Read more here.  The stadium is also home of the Corvallis Knights (Summer Collegiate, West Coast League).

Goss Stadium Getting New Video Board

Oregon State BeaversKnights_Logo_PMS1245_MatchOregon State University plans to install a new video board in right-center field at Goss Stadium prior to the 2016 baseball season.  The ballpark is home of the Oregon State Beavers baseball team and Corvallis Knights (Summer Collegiate, West Coast League).  Read more and view rendering here.

College World Series: Field of 64 Set

College World Series LogoThe field for the NCAA baseball tournament has been set, and the Oregon State Beavers have been awarded the No. 1 seed.  The tournament starts with regionals on May 30-June 2.  You can view the entire field of 64 teams and where they’ll start their journey to the College World Series via the bracket here.
