Atlantic League Franchise Plus More Events for New Britain Stadium
With Tuesday’s announcement that New Britain (CT) has received approval from the independent Atlantic League to bring a yet-to-be named relocated team to New Britain Stadium in 2016, baseball fans in the area will be pleased to have games to see next summer. Rock Cats Deliquent on Paying Property Taxes
New Britain (CT) city attorneys put the Double-A New Britain Rock Cats (Eastern League) on notice by certified mail Friday that they are in default of their lease agreement because they have not paid the city of Berlin (CT) $164,569 they owe in taxes.
