The Onondaga County (NY) Legislature on Tuesday voted 17-0 to provide $949,000 for capital improvements at NBT Bank Stadium, which the Triple-A Syracuse Chiefs (International League) will repay with money collected from a “facility use fee” on tickets. Read more here.
