Development Official vs. Boise Ballpark Opponent: Police Called

Details are sketchy, but an interaction between Capital City Development Corporation executive director John Brunelle and ballpark opponent and Concerned Taxpayers of Boise member Bill Illett inside Boise City Council chambers became heated enough for a Boise Police officer to be called in for a report of a battery.  Apparently, the two had a pre-existing relationship as co-owners of the failed Idaho Stampede (NBA D-League) basketball team.  Read more here.  Read UPDATE here.

Boise Hawks CEO Takes Issue with ‘Baseball Stadium’ Reference
