Six students from the Missouri Southern State University art club, Focal Point, and their professor have been hard at work on a baseball-themed mural featuring Mickey Mantle and Joe Beccker that will be installed at Joe Becker Stadium, home of the Joplin Blasters (Indy Pro, American Association). UCLA Honors Legendary Alum Jackie Robinson with Mural

New Mural at Loeb Stadium
Los Gatos (CA) defeated Puerto Rico 13-3 to win the 2012 Colt World Series last night at Loeb Stadium in Lafayette (IN). One lasting legacy of this year’s tournament will be a 6½-by-15-foot stadium mural created by artist Craig Martin depicting a baseball player with a bat in full swing.
