T-Pads GM Named Pacific Coast League Executive of the Year

PRESS RELEASE – Tucson Padres General Manager Mike Feder has been named 2013 Pacific Coast League Executive of the Year. The annual award is voted on by league general managers. This is the second PCL Executive of the Year Award for Feder, who also won in 1991 while running the Tucson Toros at Hi Corbett Field.
