Springfield a Viable Option for PawSox?

Could the Peter Pan Bus Station on Main Street in Springfield (MA) turn into MGM Park?  While the ownership of the Pawtucket Red Sox (Triple-A, International League) is focused on Providence (RI) for a new ballpark, connecting the MGM dots in Springfield leads to speculation that the city could be an option for the PawSox if their Ocean State plan falls through.
