MoonDogs Unveil New Ownership Group, Logo and Ballpark Improvements for 2018

PRESS RELEASE – The Mankato MoonDogs baseball club will have a new look, a new feel and new ownership as they prepare for their 20th season of play in the Northwoods League this summer. The Mankato franchise introduced their new five-person ownership group, led by local owners Chad Surprenant and Kyle Smith, rolled out a new logo and shared an update on the ongoing renovations at Franklin Rogers Park at a press conference held inside of the Verizon Center in downtown Mankato earlier today. Upgrades Coming to MoonDogs’ Home

Bids on the initial phase of improvements at Franklin Rogers Ballpark, home of the Mankato MoonDogs (Summer Collegiate, Northwoods League), have been approved by the City Council, paving the way for construction to start as hoped this month.  Read more here.
