Cowlitz franchise General Manager Grant Wilson announced that the West Coast League’s newest team will be known as the Cowlitz Black Bears. The primary logo incorporates a black bear inside the letter “C”. The team will begin play in 2010 at historic Story Field in Longview, Washington. Read more here.
