Salem Expected to Issue Bonds for Ballpark Improvements

Salem (VA) is expected to issue bonds for a number of capital projects, including making improvements to Salem Memorial Ballpark, home of the Salem Red Sox (Single-A, Carolina League).  Items on the list of to-dos are replacing the 15-year-old outfield wall, fixing the stadium elevator, upgrading the locker rooms, and buying a new scoreboard.  Read more here.
