Lee County Unveils Ballpark Renovation Plan to Keep Twins
Lee County (FL) released a 42-page document Friday detailing a proposed plan for more than $40 million in improvements to Hammond Stadium to keep the Minnesota Twins at Lee County Sports Complex for spring training for the next 30 or more years. Nationals to Fort Myers?
Fort Myers (FL) has the Minnesota Twins at Hammond Stadium and the Boston Red Sox at the new JetBlue Park for spring training and could end up with the Washington Nationals too. Lee County Courting Washington Nationals
The Boston Red Sox have moved their spring training operations to the new JetBlue Park in Fort Myers (FL), leaving City of Palms Park without a MLB team. Lee County is now in discussions with the Washington Nationals to try and fill the void. Read more here.

Fenway South Nearing Completion
