Gems Tap Into Volcanoes for Food Service

PRESS RELEASE – The food service at the Klamath Falls Gems will be headed by Jerry Crane this year. Mr. Crane has owned three catering and concession companies over the past 12 years. He has fed over a million and a half people in the last 10 years as well as catered for groups as large as 9,000 people at one time.
