Quite An NHL Spectacle at Dodger Stadium

Dodger Stadium, home of the Los Angeles Dodgers, hosted a completely California-style outdoor hockey game Saturday between the NHL’s Los Angeles Kings and Anaheim Ducks.  Of note, there was a beach volleyball court in left field, the rock band KISS performed in right field, and it was a balmy 63 degrees when the puck was dropped.  Read more and watch video here.  Get a first-hand look inside Dodger Stadium here.  Watch KISS perform here.

Despite High Temps, Ready for NHL Hockey (and KISS) at Dodger Stadium

The temps in Los Angeles have been about 20 degrees above normal for this time of year, but the NHL rink at Dodger Stadium is ready for Saturday night’s game between the L.A.
