Lease Deal Approved for New Kenosha Franchise
The Kenosha (WI) Board of Park Commissioners voted 4-1 this week to approve a deal with the owners of the Madison Mallards and Wisconsin Rapids Rafters to lease a renovated Simmons Field for a new summer collegiate Northwoods franchise starting in 2014.
