Bob Costas Still Has MiLB Broadcasting Dream, 66ers Pounce

PRESS RELEASE – The Inland Empire 66ers today announced that Joe Hudson has been named the organization’s new General Manager. 66ers, Angels Extend PDC

66ers Add ‘Newsboy Cap’ to Promo Schedule

PRESS RELEASE – With the Inland Empire 66ers baseball team poised for its first playoff appearance since 2008, the 66ers front office is celebrating by adding a giveaway to the promo schedule for the team’s loyal fans. Gay Fan Night Stirs Controversy

After a little heat, the Single-A Inland Empire (San Bernardino, CA) 66ers denied that the “Out at the Ballpark” promotion at Arrowhead Credit Union Park last night was an official team-sanctioned event, despite the reality that the flyer distributed by local gay and lesbian groups was created and promoted by Joey Seymour, the team’s director of ticket operations.  Read more here and here.
