IronPigs Introduce New Food Items

The Triple-A Lehigh Valley IronPigs (International League) have introduced two new food items via Twitter and Facebook — the “Pork Parfait” and the “Hog Dawg.”  We get the impression there are more extreme ballpark eats to be introduced in the coming days.  Stay tuned.

The “Pork Parfait” features layers of mashed potatoes, pulled pork and cheese sauce topped with green onions, Lehigh Valley IronPigs graphic

The “Hog Dawg” features a two foot all meat hot dog, topped with chili, beer cheese, bacon, and onion straws, served on a fresh french bread bun and cut into four pieces, Lehigh Valley IronPigs graphic
