HKS to Design New Rangers Ballpark

Fayetteville Chooses Ballpark Option B
The Fayetteville (NC) City Council on Monday night asked questions about the preliminary designs and the site for the new downtown ballpark, and agreed by consensus to support Option B — the Hay Street entrance concept. The main gate would be across from City Hall, where visitors would walk along a broad plaza between the Prince Charles Hotel, which would be renovated into apartments and a planned new hotel.
