New Downtown Ballpark On Deck for High Point (NC)

City officials are working with backers to bring a proposed 20-million dollar stadium to downtown High Point (NC).  The High Point-Thomasville HiToms (Summer Collegiate, Coastal Plain League) would serve as the anchor tenant for the multi-purpose venue.  Watch news report here.

PRESS RELEASE – The High Point – Thomasville HiToms have named Nkwa Asonye as the franchise’s Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations for the 2014 season, effective immediately. Asonye will handle the play-by-play duties for all HiToms home and road games and also act as the team’s primary media contact handling press releases and roster updates.
