Longtime Centene Groundskeeper Passes Away
Bill (Billy C) Chafin, who for nearly a quarter-century was the chief groundskeeper at Centene Stadium and a familiar figure to sports fans in Great Falls, passed away earlier this week at age 76. Centene is the home of the Rookie-level Great Falls Voyagers (Pioneer League). Read more here.

Revolution Groundskeeper Accepts Gig with Rebranded Marlins
Greg Jones, the head groundskeeper for the indy pro York Revolution (Atlantic League) at Sovereign Bank Stadium, is leaving the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the Sunshine State to be the top assistant groundskeeper for the rebranded Miami Marlins at the team’s nearly completed retractable-roof stadium.
