Nine-Story Building to be Integrated into Greensboro Ballpark
A group of Triad developers plan to build the first major downtown office project in two decades at the entrance of the Greensboro Grasshoppers’ (Single-A, South Atlantic League) First National Bank Field. Greensboro Baseball Withdraws Tax Appeal
Greensboro Baseball LLC is withdrawing an appeal it filed with the State of North Carolina’s Property Tax Commission in July over the Guilford County Tax Department’s claim that Downtown Greensboro Renaissance LLC (DGR) owed about $90,000 for years of back taxes on items in the Greensboro Grasshoppers baseball stadium.
