The startup summer collegiate Great Plains League has launched a new temporary website at www.greatplainsbaseballleague.com. The site includes the logos for the league’s inaugural eight teams.
The Great Plains Baseball League, a new summer collegiate league based in the midwest, is placing a new franchise in Rockford, IL. The team will play at Marinelli Field, former home of the independent professional Rockford Riverhawks. Read more here. We haven’t stumbled across any news about this new league, but the league’s branding appears to have been professionally designed, which conveys a “first impression” message of professionalism and legitimacy.
