At a swearing-in ceremony Wednesday, Adam Gockowski of Twinsburg (OH) took the oath of office as the new “Governor of Brohio.” Elected by Cleveland Indians fans, Gockowski will preside over Section 117 at Progressive Field, leading cheers and trying to build enthusiasm on Friday and Saturday nights.
